The instructor clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience, and he sounds like a nice person and has a calm voice (with English accent which is a bonus in this platform).
It seems he is trying his best to provide as much information as possible without any fluff, which is exceptional on this platform as well.
I have a CCNA as well as some other certifications, primarily from Fortinet, and about a year and a half of work experience with networking devices and firewalls, so I cannot speak for someone who has no prior knowledge.
All I can say is that I could not recommend this course more.
