Accounts
To access courses on this site you will need to register for a free account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please do not share your account credentials with others. If you believe your account has been compromised please contact us immediately.
Free Courses
Free courses are available to all registered users at no charge. Access to free courses may be updated, amended or withdrawn at any time. We will always aim to give reasonable notice of any significant changes.
Paid Courses
Paid courses are priced as shown on the course page at the time of purchase. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. Once payment is confirmed your course access is activated immediately and you can begin learning straight away.
Refund Policy
Because our courses are digital products and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we are not able to offer refunds once you have accessed the course content. This is consistent with your rights under UK consumer law in relation to digital content where delivery has begun with your consent before the cancellation period has expired.
If you have a genuine issue with your purchase – for example if you are unable to access content you have paid for – please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
Intellectual Property
All course content on this site including videos, scripts, lab files, code examples and written materials is the intellectual property of Skill Nuggets and Richard Killeen.
